Important Information About Shipping To USA

The USA government has announced that effective August 29, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. EDT, the duty-free de minimis treatment for shipments to the United States will be eliminated, regardless of the country of origin. The effective date is based on the point of entry into USA, and not the date of posting.

“De minimis” refers to the value threshold below which goods can enter a country without incurring duties and taxes. This exemption will no longer apply to shipments entering the U.S.

At present, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is not equipped to collect these tariffs for incoming international packages. This will impact all international postal shipments to the USA, regardless of the country of origin.

As a result, Japan Post and Singapore Post have suspended postal services to USA.  All orders bound for the United States of America will be delayed until further notice. Unless there are further changes announced by President Trump, all shipments arriving into the USA is likely to be subject to applicable duties and taxes (D&T). The amount of D&T will vary depending on the contents of the shipment + country of origin base tariff. Please note that all duties and taxes, if applicable, will be borne by the importer or recipient of the package.

We will communicate with affected customers that have already placed their orders on the necessary collection of tariffs should the postal services determine that

As the shipping situation remains fluid, we will update this page as necessary to provide everyone with up to date shipping information.
