Update (July 2, 2020) – Before upgrading to Fedex, please note that the number of countries that have reopened to EMS and Airmail have increased. Please refer to this list (as of July 1, 2020) to check whether your country is on the list that remains closed to EMS and Airmail. Fedex is able to ship to most locations on the list, including the United States.

Since early April 2020, we have put on hold the majority of our shipments as the postal authorities had ceased most international shipments due to COVID-19.

As a result, we have been unable to ship out almost all of our orders for Ittle Dew which launched on March 31, and about 95% of the orders we had shipped out were returned to us as there were not enough flights.

Unfortunately, the situation has not improved, but we have spent the last couple of weeks working on an alternative solution for those of you who couldn’t wait to get your hands on Ittle Dew.

We are pleased to inform you that we are now offering Fedex as an opt-in shipping method for all pending orders.

As Fedex is a private company, it is currently not affected by the mail restrictions, so they are still accepting outbound international shipments.

If you wish to upgrade your shipping method to Fedex, please contact us through the contact form and provide us your name, email address, and order number. After submitting your details, our support team will provide a quotation for upgrading to Fedex based on your original shipping method. If you wish to proceed, we will request for payment of the difference.

Fedex is slightly more expensive than EMS by a few dollars. The cost varies by location. For reference, EMS shipping for one game to the United States is USD22.00.

Of course, if you do not wish to upgrade to Fedex, we will ship out your order through your original shipping method once mail restrictions are lifted.
